1. Within Harmony

2. Click on AKPI Tools.

3. Click on AMS Data Upload.

4. Either type the Agency name or scroll to find it in the list of all Agencies.

5. Click on the correct Agency name.

6. Choose the last year you are reporting through.

7. Choose the last month you are reporting through.

8. Either click on AMS360 Combined Scorecard to open a file browser or drag and drop the file into the square.

9. Once you drop the file, it will begin processing, you will see the message "Uploading file..."

10. The message will change to "Parsing file(s)..."

11. You will receive a similar screen to this if there are any Carrier mappings that need to be completed. You can map them at this point or scroll to the bottom and select "Complete Carrier Mapping."

12. Click on "Complete Carrier Mapping"

13. You will receive a similar screen to this if there are any Policy Type mappings that need to be completed. You can map them at this point or scroll to the bottom and select "Complete Policy Type Mapping."

14. Click on "Complete Policy Type Mapping"

15. Click "Submit"

16. You have Successfully uploaded Agency data!
