1. Login to any AKPI platform

2. Click on person icon in the upper right-hand corner of your screen

3. Click on AgencyKPI Help Portal

4. Type the name of the platform you wish to see all help documents for; "Harmony," "Understanding," "Clarity" etc.

5. Click on the folder icon displaying the name of the product you were searching for

6. This will pull up the listing of all help documents for that product!
