🛠️ New Report Pages Functions – Quick Guide
Here’s a rundown of the helpful tools and features built into the new reports pages:
📥 1. Export Data

All data tables can be downloaded.

Look for the three dots menu (â‹®) in the top right corner of each table.

Select “Export” to download the tables’ contents.
ℹ️ 2. Info Icons

"i" icons appear throughout the pages.

Hover over or click them to see extra context or explanations—perfect for understanding unfamiliar terms or figures.

Sorting is more powerful than ever.

Use the three-dot box menu on column headers and select “Sort” for different options.

Note: Sorting behavior may vary slightly between pages based on report types or tables’ structures.
🔍 4. What “No Data” Means

If a table displays “No Data” after filtering, it means your filters are too narrow.

Adjust your filters to expand the results.
♻️ 5. Resetting Filters

To fully reset the pages, click “Reset” in the bottom right corner.

To clear filters in the report, click “Clear Filters” in the top right corner.
🖱️ 6. Click-to-Filter Functionality

In several areas, simply clicking a line, bar, or chart element will automatically apply a filter.

If you're exploring, go ahead and click around—bar graphs and charts are interactive and often filterable with just one click.
📌 7. Bookmarking

Bookmark your filters/layouts and return to the same setups later.
- Make your desired selections
- Click ribbon icon
 in the bottom right corner. - Then click "Save as new bookmark."
- Select a name for the report and "save."
