Use the Data Quality table to track your AMS data integrity. This table will continue to improve based on your work with the five cards located above it. Working through each of those will increase your percentages in the Data Quality table.

To see the Upload Status of your files click the “Details” button on the Data Quality tab

Here you will have a view of all values that were sourced from your most recent AMS data upload.

1. Choose a 'Metric,' you may select one value. Sort by Premium or Revenue. 
2. Select the source type either Invoice (production/transaction records) or BoB (book of business records).
3. Next make selections to “View Data By.” You may multi select these; Billing Carrier, Account Manager, Producer, Branch, PL/CL, and/or LOB, the order in which they are selected will be the order of the drop-down table.

In the example below the yellow bar = no upload history.

Also note the $0 examples, that would indicate that $0 was reported in the agency report. Values are only missing if they are yellow.
